PPGI/PPGL Steel Coil (color-coated steel coil) is a high-performance composite material processed by continuous roller coating on galvanized (GI) or galvanized (GL) substrates. Its core advantage lies in the perfect combination of the strength of the metal substrate and the versatility of the organic coating: the galvanized layer provides cathodic protection to prevent corrosion of the substrate, while the multi-layer coating on the surface (primer, topcoat and backcoat) gives the product a rich color selection (standard RAL color card or customized color matching), excellent weather resistance (PVDF coating can resist harsh environments such as ultraviolet rays and acid rain) and special surface texture (such as imitation wood grain, metal brushing, etc.).

Among them, PVDF coating products are particularly suitable for high-end building curtain walls and roofs that are exposed to the outdoors for a long time. Compared with ordinary galvanized coils, PPGI/PPGL has a longer service life (up to 20-30 years for construction) and lower maintenance costs, while meeting environmental protection requirements (chromium-free pretreatment process).
