Customizable Zinc Flower Galvanized Steel Plate
According to different processes, it can be divided into hot-dip galvanized plates (thicker zinc layer, strong corrosion resistance) and electro-galvanized plates (more uniform surface, suitable for precision processing). Common thickness ranges from 0.2mm thin plates to 6mm medium and thick plates. It is widely used in outdoor or high humidity scenes such as building roofs, ventilation ducts, and automotive parts.
On the basis of maintaining the original strength and processing performance of the steel, this material achieves triple protection through the zinc layer: physical barrier isolation, electrochemical protection, and self-repair function of zinc corrosion products. The surface can present different appearances such as ordinary zinc flowers, small zinc flowers or no zinc flowers, and supports secondary processing such as color coating and embossing in the later stage.
The galvanized steel sheet complies with international standards such as ASTM A653, EN 10346, and JIS G3302. The coating weight is usually indicated in grams per square meter (such as Z60-Z275) or the thickness of the zinc layer (such as 20-100μm). In addition to conventional construction uses, galvanized steel sheets also derive special products such as alloyed galvanized sheets (GA) and differential galvanized sheets. They play an irreplaceable role in the fields of home appliance manufacturing, agricultural greenhouses, and industrial equipment protection. They are typical anti-corrosion steel materials that take into account both economy and durability.
