Inconel 725 Pipe is a nickel-based superalloy pipe strengthened by aging hardening, designed for extreme corrosive environments. Its unique chemical composition (containing nickel, chromium, molybdenum and niobium) gives the material excellent resistance to chloride stress corrosion cracking while maintaining excellent high-temperature strength (to about 760°C).

Compared with conventional nickel alloys, its yield strength can be increased to about 1100MPa after solid solution + aging heat treatment, making it an ideal choice for high-pressure and high-corrosion scenarios such as deep-sea oil production and sour gas fields.

The pipe combines processing performance and service reliability, supports cold forming and welding (matching welding materials are required). In addition to the oil and gas industry, it is also widely used in key parts such as nuclear power evaporators, chemical reactors and ship propulsion systems.

The product complies with the NACE MR0175/ISO 15156 acid environment standards, provides seamless/welded types, and can be surface passivated or polished according to working conditions to ensure long-term stability in harsh media such as H₂S/CO₂.
