Nickel 270 Pipe
Its unique crystal structure gives it excellent thermal conductivity (90.7 W/m·K) and electromagnetic properties, making it the preferred pipe material for precision equipment such as semiconductor single crystal furnace thermal field and particle accelerator vacuum chamber.
Different from conventional nickel 200/201 pipes, Nickel 270 Pipe is irreplaceable in ultra-high purity application scenarios. For example, in integrated circuit manufacturing, its ultra-low gas evolution characteristics can ensure the purity of chip deposition process; in the aerospace field, it can withstand long-term erosion by rocket fuel (such as hydrazine) without catalytic decomposition. With the development of third-generation semiconductor and fusion reactor technology, the application of this material in cutting-edge fields such as silicon carbide epitaxial equipment and tokamak device cooling systems is continuing to expand.
