Nickel 200 Plate
Nickel 200 Plate is a rolled plate made of more than 99.6% high-purity nickel. Its face-centered cubic (FCC) crystal structure gives the material excellent low-temperature toughness and stable physical properties. The material maintains stable mechanical properties in a wide temperature range from -200°C to +600°C, and its thermal expansion coefficient is similar to that of some special glasses, making it an ideal choice for vacuum sealing systems and cryogenic containers. Its unique electromagnetic properties also make it particularly valuable in the electronics industry.
The corrosion resistance of this plate stems from the high chemical stability of the nickel element itself, especially in reducing environments such as high-temperature caustic alkali and anhydrous hydrofluoric acid.
Unlike alloy materials, the purity advantage of Nickel 200 Plate makes it particularly suitable for food processing and pharmaceutical fields because it does not precipitate harmful alloy elements and meets FDA certification requirements. Its excellent formability allows the manufacture of complex-shaped corrosion-resistant containers through processes such as deep drawing without the tendency to stress corrosion cracking.
