C12100 Copper bar/rod is a free-cutting copper alloy containing 0.4-0.7% tellurium. While maintaining more than 90% of the conductivity of pure copper, it significantly improves the machining performance.

Its unique addition of tellurium element makes the cutting chips short and easy to break, and the processing efficiency is more than 3 times higher than that of pure copper. The surface roughness can reach Ra0.4μm, which is particularly suitable for precision processing needs such as turning and milling. It is widely used in electronic connectors, automotive valve bodies and other parts with strict dimensional accuracy requirements.

This material has both excellent thermal conductivity of 350W/(m·K) and tensile strength of 400MPa (hard state), and meets the RoHS lead-free environmental protection standard. It is an ideal substitute for traditional lead brass.
